Wisdom describes a foundational lineage of spiritual knowledge that underlies all the world’s specific faith traditions and that outlines a manner of spiritual transformation. Participants will be introduced to the Wisdom Way of Knowing, including three-centered Knowing, Benedictine balanced living, and Heart-centered living. The balance and the rhythm of our time together cultivate and deepen the seedbed of the heart into which the teachings can be sown. A meditation practice is an assumed prerequisite.
