For those practicing a 12-step program, the simple yet powerful method of Centering Prayer opens one to a deeper spiritual awakening. Centering Prayer is a silent prayer practice like meditation that has been used over the centuries.
This workshop will help those searching for emotional and spiritual sobriety through the 12-steps of AA, Al-Anon, and other 12-step programs. Those with an established Centering Prayer practice will also benefit by refreshing the essentials of the practice.
This program will be offered online via the Zoom platform. Information on how to access the program will be provided to participants in their registration confirmation email.
Offering: $25
