Join therapist Jenna Riemersma as she explains why all parts of you are welcome and guides you into a deeply transformational connection with the Divine. This day is based on principles taken from her bestselling book: Altogether You, synthesizing Christian faith with the groundbreaking insights of Internal Family Systems.

This program will be offered both in-person and online via Zoom. Information on how to access the program on Zoom will be sent to participants in advance.

This program will include a morning and an afternoon session of Centering Prayer.
