The day will include periods of silence, “forest bathing,” and mindful exploration. Participants will come away with a deeper understanding of the relationship between contemplation and action on behalf of our common home.
This program will be offered both in-person and online via Zoom. Information on how to access the program on Zoom will be sent to participants in advance.
