Fr. Terry Kristofak resides at Holy Family Monastery and assists with a variety of tasks in the facility including celebrating the Eucharist and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. He also assists the Retreat Team with various needs on many occasions.

Fr. Terry served as Director at Holy Family from 1986-1998. He was the Provincial of the Passionists from 1998-2006 and ministered at St. Bridget Parish in Manchester from 2008-2012. His family lives close by the Retreat Center where he, himself, grew up. He has been Vocation and Formation Director for the Passionists as well as Pastor at St. Ann's in Scranton, PA
