This day-long immersion centers around the relationship of the physical world, with the journey of transformation in Christ. Participants will practice disciplines for integrating the body in the journey of contemplative transformation. We will also learn methods of prayer and meditation that support intimacy with God’s presence in the natural world.
This program will be offered onsite and is limited to 40 participants. Please wear a mask and follow social distance guidelines.

Mark Kutolowski
Mark Kutolowski is an Oblate of Saint Benedict, a contemplative retreat leader, Centering Prayer teacher, wilderness guide, and instructor in the Russian martial art and health practice, Systema. He has spent the past 20 years exploring the integration of Christian contemplation with physical transformation. Mark and his wife Lisa are co-directors of Metanoia of Vermont a contemplative homestead and center for spiritual renewal in rural Vermont.
