Papercrafts Series: Paste Paper
Saturday, September 24, 2022
9:00 A.M. to 4:00 p.m.
Kathy Parulski
In this daylong workshop, you will learn how to make your very own paste paper. Paste paper is one of the earliest ways used to decorate paper. From the late 16th century through the 18th-century, paste papers were mainly used as book covers and endsheets. Today they can also be used as pages in a journal or book, for handmade cards, and for many other papercrafts. No experience is necessary, and all supplies will be provided. Please wear old clothing or an apron.
This workshop is the first of three classes working with paper in various ways. You can register for an individual class, or you can register for all three classes in advance for $125.
