How do we reconcile the presence of evil in the world and the goodness of God who created all things? Using the scriptures and our human experience, Fr. David will address this difficult subject and guide the discernment of the participants toward a steady faith that can respond in the face of negative powers that often seem beyond our control.

Presenter Profile
Fr. David Cinquegrani, C.P.
Fr. David is retreat director at Holy Family, overseeing the center’s operations, programs, and renowned music ministry. Since entering the Passionist Community in 1989, he has served as a chaplain, music educator and choir director. He currently teaches music at St. Thomas the Apostle and St. Timothy schools in West Hartford. He previously taught music for 20 years at the University of Saint Joseph. He holds Master of Divinity and Master of Liturgical Theology degrees from Catholic Theological Union and B.A. and M.A. degrees in music from Marywood University.
