Breads of the World…Panettone!
Lenten Baking Retreat
Wednesday, March 1, 2023
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pam Hardiman and Beth Malley
Come join Pam Hardiman, a fiber artist and avid bread baker, and Beth Malley, who will lead us in a Lenten craft, as we continue to bake breads of the world together! Panettone is an Italian enriched dough bread, made for Christmas and Easter, bursting with your choice of chocolate, dried fruits, and nuts. There is even a vegan version. We’ll bake them in festively printed paper molds. You can choose one large mold or two smaller ones - one for now and one for later. There is nothing like freshly baked panettone for a celebration! If there is any leftover, it makes great toast or French toast.
Space is limited to 12 participants.
Offering: $75 (includes lunch and baking ingredients)
