BioSpiritual Focusing: Welcoming an Embodied Experience of Grace

Contemplative Enrichment Day

Saturday, January 27, 2024
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (ET)
Donna O’Connor and Mike Smoolca

Deep wisdom and healing are accessible within us waiting for discovery. BioSpiritual Focusing offers access to the causal point for change, our feelings. We see that a loving and curious presence offered to disregarded and hidden feelings allows deeper meanings to emerge and a graced shift in the ways we hold life situations and live our lives.

This day is for beginners as well as those already introduced to Focusing. It includes teaching, participant sharing, and many experiential exercises that can open you to transformation.

This program will be offered both in-person and online via Zoom. Information on how to access the program on Zoom will be sent to participants in advance.

This program will include a morning and an afternoon session of Centering Prayer.

Offering: $75, includes lunch

Scholarships are available, please contact Mike Smoolca at cce@holyfamilyretreat.org for more information.
