Fear, Freedom and Levels of the Mind: Cultivating Interior Freedom in Fierce Times
Contemplative Enrichment Day
Saturday, April 15, 2023
9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (ET)
Mark Kutolowski
Fear blocks our ability to hear God’s presence and action in our midst. How do we live from a place of spiritual freedom in an era of upheaval and fear? In this workshop, we will seek to cultivate awareness of fear as it relates to the Primitive, Rational, and Spiritual levels of mind. Much of the day will be spent practicing exercises to strengthen the nervous system, enhance interior awareness, and build our ability to remain spiritually present in the face of fear.
This program will be offered both in-person and online via Zoom. Information on how to access the program on Zoom will be sent to participants in advance.
This program will include a morning and an afternoon session of Centering Prayer.
Offering: $65 (includes lunch)
